1 Are all bronze artworks displayed on this website immediately available?

Yes, all bronze sculptures are in stock, just as the statuettes made of artificial stone.

2 How do I order a sculpture? *

• Fill out the order form or send me an e-mail and tell me which sculpture you want to order.

• You will receive an order confirmation.

• I will send you the sculpture, packaged in a wooden gift box.

• It is also possible to pay afterwards instead of upfront.

The sculpture can be sent by registered mail, free delivery in 7 working days (express mail, delivery in 2 days).

3 Can I send the bronze sculpture back to you if I am not satisfied about the purchase?

Yes, you will receive your money back within 30 days.

My bronze sculptures look exactly like the photos on this website. However, due to differences in monitor display and resolution, I am unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will accurately reflect the true colour of the product.  If you are not satisfied about your sculpture, let me know and you may send the artwork back to me within seven days for a refund if: the art piece is undamaged and packaged in the original wooden gift box.

4 I would like to order some of the same bronze statuettes, is this possible?

Yes, until an edition sculptures is sold out of course.

5 What are the costs of commissioned art?

No extra costs in case of an art assignment. It's depending on the number of bronze sculptures that you want to order, size and design. The price of bronze figurines made on commission is from € 350,- for this amount you have a bronze artwork of about 3.95 inch. 

6 What's the procedure for online art commissions?

The person or company that gives me an art assignment, for relationship gifts for instance, tells me something about the purpose and any other features that must be seen back in the sculpture. This can also be through an e-mail or telephone. You will be informed during the designing process and you will see the model in wax before it's being cast in bronze.

7 If I give you an online art assignment for a bronze sculpture, when will it be finished?

This differs, sometimes in 3 weeks, average within 2 months.

8 Are there any extra costs?

No, not for businesses and private individuals outside the EU, they don't have to pay  VAT, and shipping is free!

ONLY private individuals residing in the EU have to pay 19% VAT.

9  Why can't I pay online?

Instead of using an online payment service I offer you lower prices. I even offer you the possibility to pay for the sculpture after you received it!

10 Are the measurements of the sculptures with or without a base?

Measured is the overall height, including base.
